It made me happy that they’d taken
The time to do so.

They did not tell me what they thought-
Not even a simple compliment.

Once I received a message from someone where she was wondering why am I (still) hurting AFTER the fact she had done everything in her power to do so. Just like you Rebecca, I only smiled back with THREE DOTS at the end of my message for her to fill in the blanks herself. 🙂
